Drake and SZA are collaborating for the first time, sharing their spicy new song titled "Slime You Out."
Released Friday morning, the single comes a week before Drake's new album, titled "For All the Dogs," is set to drop on Sept. 22.
Drake hinted at the long-awaited collab with a picture posted to Instagram Thursday, showing Halle Berry dripping in Nickelodeon's iconic radiation-green slime following the 2010 Kids Choice Awards. Drake tagged SZA in the post, drawing plenty of attention from fans in the comments.
Lyrics from the track include another reference to the awards show, as Drake sings: "I’m slimin' you for them kid choices you made." Other lines from the song feature a bit of back-and-forth between the two, seemingly playing into fan interest in the fact the pair once dated back in the aughts.
Drake worked on the single with producers Bnyx, Noah "40" Shebib, Dalton Tennant and Noel Cadastre.
In 2020, Drake rapped on 21 Savage's song "Mr. Right Now," referencing the relationship by saying, "Yeah, said she wanna (expletive) to some SZA, wait // 'Cause I used to date SZA back in '08." SZA later confirmed this fact on X, formerly known as Twitter, but clarified it was actually 2009 when they dated, not 2008, when she would have been 19 years old.
"I just didn't want anybody thinking anything underage or creepy was happening. Completely innocent. Lifetimes ago," the post read.

Drake hinted at another possible collab with Nicki Minaj on the upcoming album while performing at a Detroit show in July. The rapper has been on his It's All a Blur Tour with 21 Savage since June.
Meanwhile, SZA released "SOS," her most recent album, in late 2022 and is gearing up for the second leg of her own tour, set to start in September. She recently released a music video for song "Snooze" from the album, which featured familiar faces including Justin Bieber and Benny Blanco.
